If You Use Health Insurance

If You Pay Out of Pocket
Ask the practice about self-pay pricing before booking. Confirm what the visit price includes and whether laboratory work, procedures, or follow-up visits have separate charges. If you are paying without using insurance, an insurance-network check does not apply to that visit.
