For Providers

We offer mobile collection services for providers and their patients across the Greater Tampa Bay area, including blood draws and specimen collection.

You Plan the Care. We Help With the Next Step.

A lab order is only useful when your patient can get the collection done. A busy workday, a difficult drive, or limited mobility can turn that next step into another hurdle. Precision Med & Wellness gives your practice a mobile collection option that meets patients where they are.

Think of us as collection support beyond your office walls: personal attention for your patients, with coordination around the lab work you’ve ordered. Together, we can help patients complete ordered lab work sooner when a suitable visit is available.

Mobile Collection for Providers: An Easier Patient Step

When you refer lab work out: Offer an alternative to a separate trip to a collection center. We review the requested collection and receiving lab’s requirements before arranging a mobile visit.

When getting there is the barrier: Mobile visits can help patients balancing transportation, mobility, caregiving, or work responsibilities complete the collection in a confirmed clean, private setting.

When your team needs an outside collection option: Discuss support for individual patient visits or recurring collection needs without having to build an in-office collection service around every request.

Your Care Plan Stays With You

Your practice orders the tests and guides the patient’s care. We collect the ordered specimens and deliver them to the receiving laboratory. The receiving laboratory performs testing and manages results under its procedures; your team reviews the results and determines next steps.

If your orders go to Quest, Labcorp, or another laboratory, talk with us about the mobile collection option for your patients. We’ll review the order and that lab’s requirements to confirm which collections we can support.

1. Talk through your needs. Tell us about your practice, patient locations, types of collection, and preferred laboratory. Keep the first inquiry free of patient medical details.

2. Agree on the collection process. We’ll work through patient locations, scheduling, lab requirements, and document sharing with your team so everyone knows how the process works.

3. Coordinate the patient’s visit. Arrange the collection at a suitable location and confirm preparation instructions. Agree on how your team can reach us with collection questions or changes.

Questions About Mobile Collection for Providers

Can we arrange recurring visits?
Yes—talk with us about your patient locations, collection needs, and timing so we can plan a workable schedule.

Where do you travel?
We serve the Greater Tampa Bay area. Confirm specific patient or facility addresses and travel arrangements with us.

Is same-day collection available?
Same-day mobile collection may be available during normal business hours. We must confirm scheduling, preparation needs, specimen handling requirements, and delivery before the receiving laboratory’s cutoff. Call to check today’s availability. Same-day collection does not mean same-day test results.

Can patients book themselves?
Yes. Patients can use our online scheduler for available collection appointments or call for help. Collection eligibility and required documentation still need to be confirmed.

Interested in Being Featured in Our Provider Directory?

Help people who do not have a current provider learn about your practice. Contact us to discuss a future confirmed listing, including your services, locations, and how patients can reach your team.

Our provider resource is optional and supports people without a current provider. Patients with an existing care team can continue coordinating care with that team. You do not need to be listed to refer patients to PMW or use our mobile collection service. Collection availability and requirements still apply. Patients choose their own provider, and a listing does not guarantee inquiries or appointments. Explore the provider resource to see the patient experience.
